​Sacramento County's Conflict Criminal Defender Web Bill System

This system is designed for submission of claims for court-appointed attorneys. Scan in the receipt and attach it to the corresponding expense line item.

When you submit a claim through this system that includes expense items, you must do the following:

• This system is designed for all claims including witness reps and writs of habeas corpus, and can accept either final or interim claims.
• Claims for civil cases cannot be submitted through this system.
