Welcome to Sacramento County CCD Web Bill System!
This system is designed for submission of claims for court-appointed attorneys.
When you submit a claim through this system that includes expense items, you must do the following:
Scan in the receipt and attach it to the corresponding expense line item
This system is designed for all claims including witness reps and writs of habeas corpus, and can accept either final or interim claims.
Claims for civil cases cannot be submitted through this system.
